Life coaching is a dynamic and collaborative process focused on helping individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. It involves a series of one-on-one sessions with a trained life coach who provides guidance, support, and accountability. My approach as your coach is to be a facilitator for you to have the insights you need to move forward with your goals. I help you clarify your vision & direction, then to strategize the actions that will get you there, optimize your inner & outer environments to support your process, and help you master your mind & emotions along the way.
The coaching period typically lasts for 3-6 months depending on the package chosen. It involves weekly 40 minutes - 1 hour sessions, a summary of the session is sent to you afterwards, plus you have access to me in between sessions during working hours by email or Whatsapp message. With this said, the duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on your individual goals and needs. The objective for me is to support you until you have achieved your goal. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with me to determine the best timeline and structure for your unique coaching journey.
Inner wellness coaching is distinct from other life coaching services in its holistic approach, focusing on the integration of mind, body, and spirit to achieve overall well-being.
